LASU Begins Central Admission Clearance for Postgraduate Students in 2023/2024 Academic Session
Lagos State University (LASU) has initiated the central admission clearance process for postgraduate students admitted in the 2023/2024 academic session. Through the PG LACACA system, candidates are required to complete online clearance by submitting necessary documents and paying applicable fees.

Lagos State University (LASU) has commenced the central admission clearance process for postgraduate students admitted into various programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session. The online clearance exercise, facilitated through the Postgraduate LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (PG LACACA), is mandatory for all successful candidates.

Candidates are required to complete several steps to finalize their clearance:

Payment of Clearance Fees: Candidates must visit the LASU Consult Limited website and use their PG Application Number to select the appropriate payment description (POSTGRADUATE LACACA for PGD & Masters or POSTGRADUATE LACACA for MPhil & PhD). Payment should be completed through the designated portal after supplying valid contact details.

Completion of LACACA Operation: Upon payment confirmation, candidates should visit LASU’s official website, navigate to the PG LACACA section under the STUDENT tab, and enter their PG Application number and surname. They are required to submit various documents including O’Level results, birth certificate, LASU Postgraduate Admission Letter, academic certificates, NYSC discharge certificate, academic transcript, digital signature, and evidence of any name change.

Submission and Verification: Candidates must validate their bio-data, upload necessary documents, and submit their application by agreeing to the terms provided. The clearance process advances to 20% upon submission for further scrutiny by LASU officials.

Correction of Errors: Candidates identified with errors in their submissions will need to rectify them through the LASU payment portal before progressing further.

Completion and Printing: Successful candidates will achieve 100% clearance progress and can print their LASU PG Admission Clearance Certificate for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, along with receiving a matriculation number.
