On 8th February, 2024, a delegation comprising faculty members and administrators from Saadatu Rimi University of Education Kano embarked on a visit to Yusuf Maitama Sule University.

Their objective was clear: to glean insights into the establishment and operation of a Computer-Based Testing (CBT) center, crucial for modern educational assessment.
Upon their arrival, they were cordially welcomed by the Vice Chancellor Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Professor Mukhtar Atiku Kurawa, in his office. Despite the absence of an existing CBT center within his institution, Professor Kurawa extended his full support to the visiting team, expressing a willingness to assist in any capacity necessary.
Acknowledging the lack of a CBT center at Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Professor Kurawa redirected the delegation to the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), led by Dr. Ishola Dada Muraina, the Director of ICT, and his deputy, Dr. Abdulmajid Umar. Both individuals possessed extensive expertise in computer technology and were well-equipped to guide Saadatu Rimi University in establishing a state-of-the-art CBT center.
Dr. Muraina and Dr. Umar warmly welcomed the delegation and assured them of their commitment to collaborating closely with Saadatu Rimi University. They pledged to provide comprehensive support, sharing their knowledge and resources to facilitate the successful setup and operation of the CBT center.
