The Universal Basic Education Commission and the National Open University of Nigeria have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to introduce a Post Graduate Diploma in Smart Education.

The Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) have taken a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education in Nigeria by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the introduction of a Post Graduate Diploma in Smart Education (PGDSE).
This program is aimed at improving digital education skills and modernizing teaching methods across Nigeria’s educational system.
The signing ceremony, which marks a new chapter in advancing smart education in the country, will facilitate capacity building for educators, particularly in digital learning techniques. The PGDSE will target educators and professionals looking to improve their knowledge and delivery of smart education in line with global trends.
