The Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) have taken a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education in Nigeria by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the introduction of a Post Graduate Diploma in Smart Education (PGDSE).

This program is aimed at improving digital education skills and modernizing teaching methods across Nigeria’s educational system.
