Universal Basic Education Commission and National Open University of Nigeria Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Launch Post Graduate Diploma in Smart Education

The Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) have taken a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education in Nigeria by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the introduction of a Post Graduate Diploma in Smart Education (PGDSE).
