Following a special meeting of the Student's Board Committee (SBC) held, a series of adjustments have been made to the schedule of activities for the upcoming special re-sit examination for spill over students.

The changes were made in consideration of various factors, including the start date of the general exam for the 2022/2023 session.

Refining the Schedule

The resolutions of the SBC meeting have been meticulously reviewed and submitted for administrative approval, while the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics) and the Secretariat made minor adjustments to the timetable to ensure alignment with the academic calendar.

Revised Time Table

The adjusted timetable for the special re-sit examination is as follows:

Mon, 21st Aug - Sat, 2nd Sept, 2023: A two-week period for students to prepare for the examination.

Wed, 16th - Wed, 23rd Aug, 2023: Departmental preparation of the list of eligible students.

Thur, 24th Aug, 2023: SBC to consider the eligibility of students.

Mon, 28th Aug, 2023 - Sat, 9th Sept, 2023: Registration period for the examination.

Mon, 11th - Sat, 16th Sept, 2023: Conduct of the examination.

Mon, 18th - Sat, 23rd Sept, 2023: Marking of exam scripts.

Mon, 25th - Sat, 30th Sept, 2023: Meetings of departments and faculty boards.

Wed, 4th October, 2023: SBC to consider examination results.
