Federal University Gashua Releases 2024/2025 First Semester Course Registration Procedure for Faculty of Science Students

The Federal University Gashua has announced the procedure for course registration for the 2024/2025 first semester for students in the Faculty of Science. The registration process is outlined below:

 

Registration Procedure

1. *Consultation with Level Coordinators*: Students are required to meet with their level coordinators for guidance on courses to register.

2. *Course Registration Form*: Students will download the course registration form, logging in only the courses (carryover courses first) as guided by the level coordinators.

3. *Registration of GST/ESP Courses*: Students will proceed to register for GST/ESP courses and return the completed Course Registration Form (CRF) and two photocopies of the payment receipt to the level coordinator.

4. *Level Coordinator's Role*: The level coordinator will register all courses (departmental and non-departmental) and submit the signed and stamped CRF and a photocopy of the payment receipt to the Dean's office.

5. *Dean's Office*: The Acting Dean will sign and submit the CRF to the Academic Secretary for signature, then return the CRF to the Dean's office.

6. *Student's Copy*: Students will collect photocopies of the CRF from the Dean's office.

7. *Distribution of CRF Copies*: Copies of the CRF will be distributed to relevant authorities from the Dean's office.

8. *Submission of Registered Students' List*: Level coordinators will submit the list of registered students to all affected departments.

Important Notice

The Acting Dean of Science, Dr. Dagari, has warned students who have formed the habit of flouting the registration process to desist from doing so. All students are expected to complete their course registration on time.
