The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has issued an official clarification on recent developments surrounding the University’s Computer-Based Test and Computer-Based Examination (CBT/CBE) processes.
The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has issued an official clarification on recent developments surrounding the University’s Computer-Based Test and Computer-Based Examination (CBT/CBE) processes.
In a statement signed by the SUG Public Relations Officer, the Union disclosed that the University’s ICT Unit is currently migrating all CBT and CBE activities to a new digital platform. As part of the ongoing transition, students are required to be fully enrolled on the new system before they can access or participate in any computer-based assessments.
The SUG explained that a Google Form has been released to facilitate the enrolment process and to capture students’ data directly into the new platform. All students across faculties and departments have been directed to complete the form accurately to ensure seamless integration into the system.

Students are required to provide their faculty and department, matriculation number, full name, and a clear, recent passport-size photograph. The Union warned that matriculation numbers that cannot be validated on the system will automatically disqualify affected students from participating in CBTs and CBEs.
The SUG urged students to carefully review their submissions to avoid errors and delays, noting that compliance is mandatory for all students. It further assured the student body that the information shared is authentic, verified, and officially confirmed by the appropriate university authorities.
Reaffirming its commitment to transparency and student welfare, the Union encouraged students to comply promptly with the directive and to inform their colleagues accordingly, while directing enquiries to designated SUG channels for clarification.
