UDUS Management Call NELFUND Beneficiary Students to Submit Handwritten Application for Refund
The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) has called the affected beneficiary-students of the NELFUND 2023/2024 session facing refund issues to submit their applications to the Bursary office in order to rectify the issues.
According to the circular released on the Saturday, 28th, May from the Bursary office signed by the Mallam Sufiyanu Bello, the NELFUND Desk officer, requested all the beneficiary-students of the NELFUND 2023/2024 session who have not received their refund to submit a handwritten application to the Bursary office.
The circular further emphasized that necessary documents like; Remita payment receipt, Form 02, Registration fees invoice and Bank statements obtained from their banks to accompany the handwritten applications to make it valid. The documents must be dated within 23rd October, 2024 to May 31st 2025.
It further that requires that the beneficiaries are to provide their functional phone number for easy contact.
The statement reads in part, "This is to request all the beneficiary-students of the 2023/2024 session NELFUND loan who have not received their money to submit to the Bursar hand-written applications requesting for release of the amounts approved for them."
"The applications are to be accompanied with copies of Remita payment receipt, Form 02, Registration Fees Invoice and Bank Statement (obtained from their Bankers) covering the period 23rd October, 2024 to 31 May, 2025."
"The affected students are to also provide their functional GSM numbers for easy contact with them," the statement concluded.
