NUC emphasized that the approval is strictly for full-time programmes. The university must obtain separate approval for any part-time versions.

Additionally, UAT is required to:

  • Maintain the approved course titles and nomenclature.
  • Ensure adequate human and material resources to support these programmes.
  • Seek NUC approval before making any changes to curricula or course titles.

This milestone expands UAT’s capacity for advanced research and postgraduate education, strengthening its position as a center for higher learning in the region.
