 Malan Nazir Rabiu Madawaki, a 25-year-old recent graduate from Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto, is making significant strides in the field of education. Completing his mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at a center of learning in Kaduna State, Madawaki’s journey is one of resilience and commitment to educational excellence.

Graduating with a degree in Primary Education Studies (PES), Madawaki's academic path diverged from his initial aspirations in medicine or nursing. Yet, as destiny would have it, his journey led him to a field where his talents and passion for education truly shine. His dedication to his studies and commitment to educational improvement have earned him recognition and respect in his community.

Born and raised in Bungudu to a middle-income family, Madawaki's educational journey began at Royal Start Academy, where he was known for his exceptional efforts and leadership. As a former school head boy, he excelled in debates, quizzes, and other educational events, consistently raising the profile of his school. His participation in Quranic competitions further highlighted his commitment to personal and communal development.

Now serving as the Director of Communication and Outreach for Learn2Excel Initiative, a non-governmental organization focused on enhancing educational equality and student performance, Madawaki continues to make a positive impact. His role involves overseeing career guidance programs, hands-on training, workshops, and public awareness campaigns. His exceptional communication skills, creative mind, and calm demeanor have made him an invaluable asset to the organization.
