The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Federal University Lokoja Chapter, paid a formal courtesy visit to Professor Gbenga Solomon Ibileye, the 4th substantive Vice-Chancellor of the University, to congratulate him on his recent appointment.

The visit reflects the union’s confidence in his leadership, academic pedigree, and deep familiarity with the University’s culture and operations.
Led by Comrade Timothy Jangfa, ASUU described Professor Ibileye’s emergence as a welcome development and emphasized that his experience positions him to consolidate past achievements while charting a progressive path for the institution.
