ATBU Issues Guidelines for SIWES Students

The Industrial Training and Coordinating Unit (ITCU) at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has issued guidelines for students participating in the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

The guidelines aim to ensure that students maximize the benefits of the program and adhere to the required standards.

The SIWES program is designed to provide students with practical experience in their specialized fields, bridging the gap between academia and industry. The program has been effective in preparing students for the workforce, with many ATBU students securing automatic employment in their industrial training placements upon graduation.
