At the event marking the partnership, EXMAN President Tolulope Medebem outlined the association’s vision to cultivate talent within the experiential marketing sector. Medebem highlighted the significance of such collaborations in shaping the industry’s future workforce by bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.
Medebem and Vice President Angela Makinwa, whose leadership has been confirmed for a two-year term, presented a detailed report on their year-long tenure. Medebem began with a reflection on the past year’s challenges for both the country and the industry. She described the exco’s service plan, structured around the acronym THRIVE, which stands for Training and Thought Leadership, Harmony, Relationship, Inclusiveness, Value, and Engagement. "Our mission as an exco was built on these principles, and we have strived to achieve tangible results," she explained.
