The Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) has taken a significant step towards enhancing its digital education framework with the inauguration of committees on digital learning and monitoring.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, led the ceremony at the Old Senate Chamber, Permanent Site Campus of the University.

Prof. Abdul Rahman emphasized the university's commitment to digital education, citing the success of the recently concluded first-semester online examinations. He noted that the e-learning task force has been transformed into the Central E-Learning Committee, reflecting the university's recognition of e-learning as a permanent component of its educational framework.

The Vice-Chancellor highlighted the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement of the e-learning process, with feedback informing future strategies. He also commended the use of Google Classroom and virtual interaction tools in sustaining online teaching practices.
