Female graduates, such as Hauwa Abubakar and Comfort Ogochukwu, have also faced similar challenges.

In response, an auxiliary officer, Mrs. Ma'aruf K. O, claimed that students are responsible for scattering their documents and that the verification process is already being done online. However, the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Umar Aliyu, acknowledged the issues and promised to investigate and forward the students' concerns to the management.

The students' union chairman, Comrade Abdullahi Sanusi, refused to comment on the matter.

The university's manual verification and signing process has caused unnecessary hardship for its graduates. It is imperative for the university management to consider digitalizing the process to alleviate the stress and frustration faced by its students.
