Issued by Prof. C.C. Wokocha, Dean of Student Affairs, on September 1, 2025, the notice aims to ensure a fair and disciplined examination process.

The university wishes all students success in their exams but has imposed clear rules to maintain integrity. Students are prohibited from bringing phones—whether switched on or off—into the exam hall, with violators facing the Student Disciplinary Committee for exam malpractice. Final-year students are also warned against wild, uncultured, and undisciplined celebrations after their final papers, and signing out without defense is not recognized as a valid process.
