In a significant step towards enhancing legal education, the University of Ibadan's Women’s Law Clinic and Bennett University conducted a collaborative training workshop on Friday, July 26, 2024. Themed “Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century: Lessons from the University of Ibadan,” the workshop focused on Clinical Legal Education (CLE) methods.

The training was spearheaded by Professors Oluyemisi Bamgbose SAN and Omolade Olomola, along with Dr. Afolasade Adewumi and Dr. Folakemi Ajagunna from the University of Ibadan’s Faculty of Law. They developed a comprehensive training manual tailored for the event.

Professors Omolade O. Olomola and Dr. Afolasade A. Adewumi led the workshop, providing in-depth sessions on CLE methods, including mock trials, storytelling, street law, and community engagement.
