X3M Ideas, a creative agency, has successfully graduated a new set of students from its X3M Tech programme, aimed at equipping young Nigerians with technological skills. The graduation ceremony, held at Muritala Ajadi Animashaun Community Senior Grammar School in Surulere, Lagos, was attended by stakeholders including representatives from the Lagos State government, tech enthusiasts, students, and secondary school teachers.

Steve Babaeko, Group Chief Executive Officer of X3M Ideas, emphasized that the initiative is designed to empower young minds with the necessary tools, knowledge, and cutting-edge technological skills to thrive in the digital age. He highlighted the agency’s long-standing partnership with the Lagos State Government in promoting quality education, which includes renovating schools to provide conducive learning environments.

Babaeko praised the state government for prioritizing education and providing the necessary equipment to upskill students. He also commended the dedication and commitment of the principal, staff, and students of Muritala Ajadi Animashaun Community Senior Grammar School, which contributed to the success of the programme.

Lagos State Commissioner for Education, Jamiu Ali-Balogun, representing the governor at the event, lauded Babaeko and his team for their forward-thinking initiative. He encouraged other corporate entities to engage in corporate social responsibility activities that can bring positive changes to society, noting that the government requires support from individuals and organizations to achieve development goals.
