The Emmanuel Alayande University of Education recently concluded a successful three-day event featuring lectures and special prayers aimed at addressing key challenges faced by students and staff. The initiative, organized by the university management, aimed to promote well-being and personal development within the academic community.

The series kicked off with a lecture titled “Managing Psychological Stress,” delivered by Professor Peter Olamakinde Olapegba, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Administration at the University of Ibadan. His insightful presentation focused on techniques for managing stress and maintaining mental health in a challenging academic environment.

The second lecture, “Medical Related Challenges,” was presented by Dr. Adetola Idowu Bolaji, the Acting Director of the University Health Centre. Dr. Bolaji highlighted common health issues faced by students and staff and provided practical solutions to promote better health and wellness.

The final lecture, “Financial Discipline,” was delivered by Mr. Olawole Adebayo Ojetola, the University Bursar. His session emphasized the importance of financial management and discipline for students as they navigate their academic and personal expenses.
