The National Examination Council (NECO) has confirmed that the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) is scheduled to take place on April 20. This examination, organized by NECO for final year primary school pupils, serves as a gateway for admission into JSS1 in Federal Unity Colleges across Nigeria.

In an interview in Lagos, Azeez Sani, the acting spokesman for NCEE, assured the public of NECO's readiness to conduct the examination successfully. He emphasized the importance of parental cooperation, urging parents to ensure decorum and avoid overcrowding at examination centers to provide a conducive environment for the candidates.
