The inauguration ceremony, held at the ASUBEB headquarters in Awka, witnessed the induction of notable community figures, including traditional rulers and community leaders, into the Club of Patrons. These individuals, hailing from diverse backgrounds, are tasked with actively monitoring school activities within their respective communities.

Additionally, the Community Quality Assurance Supervisors, comprising retired educators and community members, have been designated to oversee the conduct of teachers and the overall environment of learning.

ASUBEB's Executive Chairman, Ass. Prof. Vera Nkiru Nwadinobi, emphasized the pivotal role of these newly appointed officials in ensuring the efficient functioning of schools. She urged them to address any challenges hindering academic progress and encouraged active participation in school affairs.

Mrs. Enendu Ngozi, Director of the Department of Academic Service, highlighted the importance of grooming pupils to become exemplary ambassadors of their schools and active contributors to the state's academic agenda.

The ASUBEB Guidance and Counseling Desk Officer, Mrs. Chigbo Nwakaego, called upon guidance and counseling officers across the local government areas to disseminate the orientation program effectively, ensuring inclusivity at all levels.
