As the second semester examinations kicked off on Monday, August 19, 2024, the LASU University Management has been actively involved in overseeing the process to ensure its smooth conduct.The team led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), Prof. Adenike Boyo, a team comprising the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) and the Director of the Directorate of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Prof. Toyin Enikuomehin, conducted an extensive oversight visit to various examination centers. Notably, their focus was on the Aderemi Makanjuola Lecture Theatre and the 3-in-1 building within the Faculty of Education.

During their visit, the team assessed the situation on the ground, paying close attention to logistics and the orderly behavior of students. Their satisfaction with the smooth running of the examination reflects the University’s commitment to upholding academic integrity.

Dr. Abiodun Fatai-Abatan, Acting Dean of Students’ Affairs, and Dr. Lateef Salami, Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor, were also part of this monitoring and oversight function. Additionally, members of the Vice Chancellor’s office and the Centre for Information and Public Relations contributed to ensuring a conducive environment for students during this critical examination period.
